Cancellation

Email support@lvl8supply.com with your order number and the items to cancel.

We check the order's stage — whether items are reserved from our stock, ordered from the manufacturer (including special orders) or already on the way — and confirm in writing what can be cancelled and any cost that applies. Conditions specific to an order are stated on that order before payment.

A cancellation is final only once we confirm it.
