We deliver to approved dealer locations and offer warehouse pickup by arrangement. Delivery eligibility, cost and schedule are confirmed for each destination and order.
Delivery area
We serve dealers along the U.S. East Coast from our Goose Creek, SC warehouse. Whether a specific destination can be served, and how, is confirmed when you request a quote or place an order.
Cost and schedule
Shipping or freight charges are stated on your written order or quote before you pay. Delivery dates are scheduled with you; estimated arrival times are estimates. Items sourced from a manufacturer ship after they reach our warehouse, and manufacturer dates are not guaranteed.
Warehouse pickup
Pickups at our warehouse are scheduled in advance with our team.
Receiving your delivery
- Inspect the items when they arrive, while the driver is present when possible.
- Note any shortage or visible damage on the delivery record before signing.
- Take photos and keep the packaging.
- Contact support promptly with your order number, SKU and photos.
