Terms of Sale

We sell to approved business accounts (retailers, resellers and trade buyers). Accounts are reviewed and set up by our team; wholesale pricing and ordering are available only after sign-in to an approved account. Consumers can shop Velora mattresses at veloramattress.com, whose retail checkout and terms are separate from these terms.

Prices on our public catalog are suggested retail prices in U.S. dollars for reference. They are not wholesale offers, and browsing or listing items does not create an order. Stock labels are informational and are confirmed before an order is accepted or paid.

Before we accept an order or take any payment, your written order or quote states:

• items and quantities;
• merchandise subtotal in USD;
• shipping or freight charges;
• applicable taxes;
• order total and payment due date;
• the return and cancellation conditions that apply.

Orders and account credit are reviewed through our dealer portal. An order is accepted only when we confirm it.

Items may ship from our Goose Creek, SC warehouse stock or be sourced from the manufacturer. Manufacturer stock is not LVL8 stock, and manufacturer arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees. Backorders and special orders are identified as such on your order.

Payment terms are set per account and printed on each invoice. Online card payment is not currently offered.

Business status alone does not make a purchase tax-exempt. Any resale exemption requires applicable documentation and review by our office before it is applied. Your written quote or invoice confirms the applicable taxes before payment.

Velora mattresses carry a 10-year manufacturer warranty. Contact support to confirm the coverage, exclusions and claim process for a specific model. No other product carries a warranty or comfort trial from LVL8 unless stated in writing on your order.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
