• Business records for approved accounts: orders, invoices, payment reports, delivery and pickup records.
• Documents you upload in the portal, such as payment receipts and freight documents.
• Delivery records created by our drivers, including photos and receiver signatures.

Browsing the public website and catalog does not require an account.

To review and manage dealer accounts, process orders, invoices and payments, schedule pickups and deliveries, handle support requests and keep required business records. We do not sell personal information.

Information is stored with the hosting and database providers that run this website and portal. The site uses essential browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember items you add to a catalog list on your own device. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

If online payments are offered in the future, card details would be entered with our payment processor and not stored by LVL8.

Portal records are visible only to authorized LVL8 staff and the approved contacts of the account they belong to. To ask about, correct or delete your information, email support@lvl8supply.com. Some records must be kept for legal and accounting reasons.
